Key Responsibilities


Training & Licensing:

  • Complete our structured training program to obtain your insurance license within 45 days, with full licensing support and fees covered by the company.

  • Receive mentorship from experienced agents and participate in group training sessions to develop essential industry knowledge.

Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Transition into a fast-paced sales role, making cold calls, prospecting new clients, and securing new business.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure policy renewals and long-term retention.

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work in a call center-style environment, participating in team training, mentorship programs, and sales initiatives.

  • Engage in friendly competition with other trainees while contributing to a positive and dynamic work culture.

We’re looking for someone who offers:

  • Motivation & Sales-Driven Mindset: Passion for sales with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Confident in both one-on-one and team settings, with the ability to build client relationships.

  • Goal-Oriented Attitude: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.

  • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple leads, follow-ups, and client relationships efficiently.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work Saturdays as needed and travel to multiple locations, with paid travel provided.

Preferred but not required: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance, bilingual abilities, and familiarity with CRM systems.

Additional Requirements


  • Insurance Licensing: Must obtain within 45 days (company-paid support provided).

  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License (for travel if needed).

  • Background Check: Clean background check required, including pre-employment drug screening.
