3. We Complete the Paperwork
We’ll fill out the MV-145A form during your visit and submit everything to PennDOT.
4. Receive Your Placard
Once PennDOT processes your application (usually within 2 weeks), we’ll notify you. You can then choose how to receive it.
What to Bring
To ensure we can complete everything at your appointment, please bring:
Valid Photo ID (such as a PA Driver’s License or State ID)
Your Completed Portion of Form MV-145A (Section A) if possible (we can help if you haven’t started)
