Peeling Plate Rally with State Rep. Kyle Donahue – Sept 20, 2025
Northeast Title & Tag, in partnership with the Office of State Representative Kyle Donahue, is hosting a Peeling Plate Rally on Saturday, September 20th at our Scranton South Side location. This event provides a fast, no-cost solution for Pennsylvania drivers with damaged or peeling license plates.

Date: Saturday, September 20, 2025
Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
A Pennsylvania State Trooper will be on-site to inspect damaged plates and certify PennDOT’s replacement form. Forms will be provided during the event. After verification, a brand-new license plate will be issued on-site—no mailing required.
What to Bring:
Valid driver’s license or photo ID
Current vehicle registration
Both owners, if jointly titled
Business vehicles must bring an authorization letter plus ID and registration
All service fees will be waived, and PennDOT provides the new plates at no cost to customers.
