Key Responsibilities


Sales and Customer Service:

  • Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services across our four divisions: Title & Tag, Insurance, DOT Compliance Services, and Pack & Send.

  • Proactively manage inbound and outbound calls, providing tailored solutions, and introducing additional products and services to customers.

  • Welcome customers warmly, assess their needs, and deliver outstanding service.

Administrative and Documentation:

  • Process title transfers and submit all legal documentation accurately to the DMV.

  • Review and process applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Perform administrative tasks, including faxing, copying, organizing documents, and managing high call volumes efficiently.

Client and Relationship Management:

  • Maintain accurate client information in the Agency Management System, track leads, and follow up on sales opportunities.

  • Support marketing initiatives to generate leads and convert them into sales.

  • Collaborate with the team on sales projects to expand market reach and enhance customer retention.

Our Ideal Candidate


We’re looking for someone who offers:

  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Passion for sales and proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and resolve problems effectively.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Agency Management Systems and standard office software.

  • Attention to Detail: Capable of reading and interpreting sales agreements, tax and title documents, and procedure manuals accurately.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work Saturdays as needed and travel to support multiple locations, with travel pay provided.

  • Additional Preferences: Title & Tag or notary public experience, bilingual abilities, and prior insurance industry experience are highly desirable, but not required.

Additional Requirements:


  • Notary Certification: Must be obtained within 90 days, with support provided by the company.

  • Insurance Licensing: Licensing assistance is available for candidates demonstrating strong sales aptitude.

  • Background Check: Clean background check required, including pre-employment drug screening.
